Direct Systems

To support dealership administrative needs, Direct Systems functionality allow back-office dealer support personnel to verify rates on all VSC, Limited Warranty, Theft Deterrent and GAP Direct contracts being remitted. Cancel quotes are also available electronically.

Prepaid Maintenance Sales Tool

This interactive system allows agents, dealers and F&I staff to easily highlight the benefits of prepaid maintenance plans which provides you the opportunity to offer your customers the benefits of locking in manufacturer-recommended maintenance services at today’s prices at a significant discount to what they would pay individually for those services.

  • Dealer retail costs of regular vehicle maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) are loaded in the tool
  • Agents and dealers load any compensation as appropriate
  • Customers can then view the significant discount for services up-front
  • Program costs may be included in the customer's monthly vehicle payment, if financing the vehicle


With our web-based, real-time eRating, eContracting and eRemitting tools, the need to maintain an inventory of GAP forms at your dealership is eliminated. GAP cancel quote information, front-end pricing, plan options and dealer/customer cost are available, in addition to printable plain paper contracts for customer signature.

Premier Dealer Services on-site developers have designed a sophisticated web service infrastructure that interfaces with multiple industry-leading menu companies and integration partners.
